Somatic Trauma Healing · Individual & Couples · Spiritual Accompaniment

Come home to your body. Come home to God's love. Live your calling.

Through somatic healing, spiritual accompaniment, and the gentle work of surrender, I walk alongside you as you remember what's already whole — and learn to live from that place.

Healing that honors the whole of you — body, soul, and spirit

This is not self-improvement. It's a homecoming. My work weaves together trauma-informed somatic healing, compassionate inner inquiry, and contemplative spiritual accompaniment — rooted in the Christian tradition and open to wherever you are on your journey.

I believe the body is sacred ground. When we learn to listen to it — to the places it holds grief, joy, longing, and wisdom — we discover that healing and holiness are not separate things.

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you?" — 1 Corinthians 6:19

Whether you're healing from childhood wounds, navigating loss, untangling the impact of religious harm, seeking clarity in a life transition, or simply learning to feel safe in your own skin — I offer a space where the sacred and the somatic meet.

Somatic Trauma Healing

Your body has been carrying what your mind couldn't process — childhood wounds, relational patterns, experiences that left their mark on your nervous system. Through Somatic Experiencing, parts work, and hypnosis, we work gently with what the body holds, building safety from the inside out. You don't need to retell your story to heal it. Your body already knows the way.

Spiritual Accompaniment

For some, healing opens into questions of meaning, purpose, and the sacred. I hold space for that exploration — whether you're deepening a faith that sustains you, untangling the pain left by religious communities that harmed you, or simply following a longing you can't yet name. My roots are in the Christian contemplative tradition, and my arms are open.

Embodied Practice

Transformation isn't just felt — it's lived. Together we build grounded daily practices, set tangible intentions, and take meaningful steps so that healing becomes woven into the rhythm of your ordinary life.

I have been able to express myself without fear and judgement and more importantly, I have felt heard. She is caring, empathetic and provides meaningful insights and observations. However, she is also action-oriented and future focused — and I need that.

Somatic Soul Care

Somatic Soul Care is offered as individual sessions and couples work — trauma-informed healing that weaves somatic practice, compassionate inner inquiry, and embodied care. Open to all, wherever you are on your journey.

Sessions may include guided somatic process, contemplative dialogue, gentle nervous system practices, and practical action planning. If it feels meaningful to you, we can also weave in spiritual and faith exploration — as much or as little as you'd like.

Who Is This Work For?

The one carrying shame and trauma

You know the weight of what you're holding, even if you can't name it clearly. Loss, grief, old wounds that live in your body — you've tried talking about it, maybe thinking your way through it, but something in you needs more than words. You're ready for healing that meets you where you actually live: in your flesh, in your nervous system, in the places you've learned to go numb.

The one who wants to bring their faith into their body

Your love for God is real, but it lives mostly in your mind. Maybe religious spaces taught you to distrust your flesh, or maybe grief and shame have made your body feel unsafe. You long for an embodied faith — one where loving God and inhabiting your body are the same movement. You want your healing and your devotion to be one conversation.

The one who is spiritually hungry

Something is drawing you — toward God, toward meaning, toward something you can't quite name. Maybe you're curious about Christianity but wary. Maybe you've been hurt by religion and you're looking for a guide who has deep roots but no rigid walls. You want a safe place to explore without pressure.

The one who is ready to get unstuck

Not in crisis — but you can feel the old patterns running. The same reactions, the same loops, the same places where you freeze or shut down. You know the life you want is possible, and you're ready for someone who can help you get there — not just with insight, but with real, embodied change.

A circuitous path toward wholeness

My path has woven through contemplative traditions, mysticism, deep communion with nature, philosophy, somatic healing, and the rich terrain of human relationship. My teachers have come from hidden forest homesteads and Ivy League universities, have been human and non-human, heretics and traditionalists.

Through my own journey of healing — from body shame, religious trauma, family conflict, and the beautiful, aching work of learning to receive love — I discovered that the body holds wisdom the mind alone cannot access. And at the center of it all, I found Christ — not as a concept, but as a living presence.

I bring the full breadth of my training and lived experience to every session, grounded in consent, deep respect for your innate wisdom, and a trust that God is already at work in you.
